Run: 2.06miles in 24:40!!!!!!!!! :D (not too fast, but I’m still lapping everyone on the couch!!)

MY FAVORITE ARM WORKOUT. i will refer to this all the time. i do it EVERY DAY.

Just owned the shit out of this workout ON TOP of a 20 minute run/walk and an intense arm workout.

I also did this one today. It was killer! I only used 5 lb weights and my arms were still burning at the end. I will definitely keep doing this one.

Holding the medicine ball between your knees and not letting your feet touch the floor make all the difference.
